International Coastal Clean-up - September 2009

Volunteers are needed to collect marine debris from Kahuku Beach to help protect marine life.

Registration:
Please register by 29th August by calling: 393 2168 between 8am - 7pm. Directions and parking information will be given to registered participants.
REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED

What to bring:
Please bring a bucket, your own water for drinking, and wear sturdy shoes, hat, and sunscreen. Carpooling is appreciated.
What is provided:
Bags and gloves

Prize drawing:
A prize drawing will take place at the end of the clean-up. To be eligible for the prize drawing, participants must register for the clean-up and be present at the drawing.

Prize sponsors include: EcoUsable, To-Go Ware, The Nature Conservancy, Earthwise and B.E.A.C.H.

Participants include: UHM School of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources, University Laboratory School, Heald College and Beach Environmental Awareness Campaign Hawai`i.
